Refund Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility: Customers may request a refund within 2 days of purchasing a course. To be eligible for a refund, customers must provide proof of purchase and explain why they are dissatisfied with the course.
  2. Non-Refundable Courses: Some courses may be non-refundable, as indicated on the course description page. If a course is non-refundable, it will be clearly stated on the course description page.
  3. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the customer’s refund request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the course.
  4. Course Completion: Customers who have completed more than 30% of the course will not be eligible for a refund. This is to prevent abuse of the refund policy.
  5. Exceptions: In some cases, exceptions may be made to the refund policy. These exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis and will be at the sole discretion of the business owner.

If you have a monthly or annual subscription with us, you may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a monthly or annual subscription.
